Firstly: What even is “ritual”?

When people hear the word ritual, they often think of candles and chanting, full moons and feathers, something mysterious or deeply spiritual or even just a morning routine.

A ritual is any moment you choose to make meaningful.

It’s is a container of intention with a beginning and an end. It’s any act, small or grand, done with presence and meaning. It doesn’t have to be spiritual or ornate, it can be silent, messy, strange or soft. What makes it ritual is that you know what you’re doing (well, to be honest, kind of knowing is enough) and why you’re doing it. It’s not about the tools, it’s about the presence.

You already know how to do this, you just need space, intention and a little loving guidance. It’s how humans have always made meaning out of love, change, grief, celebration and connection.

For others, it may move into deeper waters: sensual touch, erotic exploration or conscious kink. Whether you’re new lovers just learning each other’s rhythm or long-term partners craving new edges, this is a place to remember what it means to feel deeply. All of it belongs here. Nothing is too tame. Nothing is too wild.

I guide both of you gently and equally (unless you request something different) and I hold the ritual space for your love to unfold. In The Lover’s Ritual, we make space for you to meet each other in ways that you wish to.

You’ll book your spot, fill out a detailed intake form together, you pay the investment. From there I’ll craft your personalised ritual and you’ll receive an eMail with what you need to prepare, then simply show up on time.

After.

You’ll receive an integration PDF to carry the ritual forward into your life.

Cancellation.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. After that, the full fee is non-refundable.

  • Only if that’s part of your desire. Each ritual is designed uniquely for you, based on what you share in your intake form. Some sessions are fully clothed and emotional, others more sensual or erotic. Nothing is ever expected, your boundaries are honored every step of the way and you’re allowed to change your mind mid session too.

  • Beautiful. Shyness is welcome here. Many couples come in feeling a little nervous, that just means you care. You’ll be gently guided the whole way and we’ll go at your pace. The only thing you need to bring is your willingness.

  • Nope. This is not therapy or clinical support, it’s an embodied ritual experience that invites presence, connection and erotic exploration. If you’re in crisis or need therapeutic intervention, this is not be the right container.

  • Absolutely. This isn’t about following a spiritual path, it’s about deepening connection through presence and intention. Whether you’re into crystals or spreadsheets, what matters is that you want to show up for each other. I’ll guide you from there.

  • Oh yes. Some couples treat this as a one-time deep dive. Others return again and again to explore new layers. There’s no limit to how deep this can go, every session is freshly tailored to who you are and where you are, each time.

  • Nope. We’ll work with what you already have. Whatever you have or want to use, we can absolutely weave them in. But nothing is required.

I’ve spent over a decade exploring my own sexuality in depth. From fucked up kink spaces in Berlin to all white dressed life force activations in a Taoist monastry in Thailand, I was experienced all of it. I geeked out on all things pleasure so much, I made it my job. With a background in sex and relationship therapy, tantra, kink education and ritual arts, I bring together the holy and the sensual/erotic (without the fluff or dogma) to help you meet yourself and your lover more fully.

For the past three years, I’ve been professionally guiding individuals, couples and groups into deeper intimacy, richer eroticism and more truthful connection. I started as a therapist, supporting clients through structured goals but over time, I felt something was missing. I craved more embodiment. Something ritual could offer.

Through Lisbon Temple Nights, I’ve created group spaces that weave sensuality and presence with reverence and play. I created The Lover’s Ritual because not everyone can -or wants to- step into a group temple space. Some connections need a softer landing. Some desires need privacy, exquisite attention. These private sessions are my way of bringing the temple to you.

My approach is grounded and deeply attuned. I listen to the space between you. I practice a no-bullshit policy, so you won’t find me using lingo you don’t understand or launching into cosmic preaching that leaves your human behind. I live a queer, neurodivergent, poly-experienced life and I bring all of that lived, loving complexity with me into the space.
